Francis: Judas wasn’t so bad
Francis says Judas Iscariot was not the only sinner among the Twelve Apostles, but he was the one who “closed himself to love.” In a homily during his morning Mass at the Vatican Tuesday, the pope spoke of the universality of sin while encouraging the faithful to fully immerse themselves in the Catholic Church and not simply stand on the threshold of their faith. Francis stressed that Jesus opened the doors of his Church to everyone without distinction, irrespective of their sins, and built the Church on the foundation of the Apostles, “all of them sinners.” (!!!!) “As St. Paul says, this Church is built on the foundations of the Apostles; he chose 12 of them. All of them sinners,” the pope said in his homily. “
Judas was not the one who sinned the most: I don’t know who sinned the most. …(!!!!!) Judas, poor man (!!!!), is the one who closed himself to love and that is why he became a traitor. And they all ran away during the difficult time of the Passion and left Jesus alone. They are all sinners.” The pope said Jesus wanted everyone to be inside the Church he created, not as strangers simply passing through, but with the “rights of a citizen” with their roots in the Church. Francis has referred to the role of Judas several times since becoming pope in 2013. In May of last year, he said that Judas had stood apart “in his solitude” and his selfishness grew to the point where he betrayed Jesus. The pope warned that those who “isolate their conscience in selfishness” end up losing, and Judas ended up that way as “an idolater, attached to money” for the 30 pieces of silver he received for betraying Jesus.

The only Truth is that Judas is into the lowest circle of hell ( the Ninth Circle of Traitors as is well described in Dante's Inferno )
Our Lord called and described Judas as a devil . Our Lord and Saviour said : one of you is a devil – Who could that devil be if not Judas? If Judas is called a devil here, how could he be with God in heaven today?
In the Gospel according with Saint John 6:69-72
And Simon Peter answered him: Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. [70] And we have believed and have known, that thou art the Christ, the Son of God.
[71] Jesus answered them: Have not I chosen you twelve; and one of you is a devil? [72] Now he meant Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon: for this same was about to betray him, whereas he was one of the twelve.
As well the Gospel according with Saint Matthew 26:24 :
[24] The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man shall be betrayed: it were better for him, if that man had not been born.
